Our Little Artist

We've been doing some painting around the house, and as always, Ava thinks she needs to help. So instead of letting her go nuts in our kitchen with a real paint brush and paint, we decided to break out the water colors that Ava got for her birthday in September.

She loved it!! It didn't take her any time figuring out how to add the water, and she's been addicted ever since. She's probably done 20 paintings in the last 2 days.

I was amazed at how well she did. Here's one of her masterpieces. She's our little Van Gogh!!

Friday Night Pizza

The other night we ordered pizza. Ethan just sat on my lap and he kept reaching for my pizza like, "Hey mom, gimme some!". I just couldn't resist, and of course he loved it!

Yuuummmm....so good! I'm stuffed.

P.S. Ava now thinks, since I've started this blog, that she's a model since she's been seing herself on the computer now all the time. You can't get a camera out without her posing for the shot. It's so cute!!

Trick or Treat!!

Last night we went to Butler to Trick-or-Treat at all Ava and Ethan's g-ma's and g-pa's. Most of our friends with kids also live in Butler so about 12 of us walked the streets together. It was so much fun seeing everyone all dressed up. Here's some pics of Ava and Ethan, but I wish I would have gotten all of them together for a picture. It's not often that we're able to ALL get together, but it is fun when we do.
